Debra Fine

Debra is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at the Center for Global Development and Founder and Chair of Fine Capital Partners, an investment firm established in New York City in 2004. She has a strong background in governance, finance, and investment, and sits on various non-profit boards focusing on global humanitarian relief, education, and poverty alleviation, including as a Trustee of Save the Children US. Her educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University.
