Simprints inspires Harvard Business Students
Simprints story inspires Harvard Business School students
Harvard Business School students will be exploring our journey after the prestigious university’s latest case study – ‘Is passion enough for Simprints to thrive?’ – launched recently. Our CEO, Toby Norman, joined Professor Jon Jachimowicz and this year’s students for the inaugural case discussion in Boston.
The case is an in-depth look at the Simprints story, from developing the very first concepts at Cambridge University to reaching over 2.5 million people across 17 countries with our biometric technology. The narrative captures the challenges faced by Simprints as it shifted focus from exclusive partnerships with NGOs to collaborating with governments.
HBS professor Jon Jachimowicz, after months of collaboration with Simprints, selected the case to become part of the core curriculum for all Business students in the LEAD programme at Harvard.
The case study prompts crucial questions about Simprints’ future direction and the role of passion in driving the organization’s mission. As Simprints continues to make waves in the social impact space, this case study becomes a valuable resource for business students, offering insights into navigating tough decisions and achieving social impact at scale.
